This text messaging program is operated by Alaqmar Inc, an independent franchisee that owns and operates Cold Stone Creamery locations. Alaqmar Inc is a separate company from the Cold Stone Creamery franchisor. This program is not the franchisor's loyalty or rewards text program, and the two are governed by different terms.
Customers. If you opt in as a customer, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Cold Stone Creamery (Alaqmar Inc) relating to orders you place with us, including:
Team members. If you are an employee of Alaqmar Inc and gave consent on your onboarding paperwork, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages about your work, including shift reminders, schedule confirmations, urgent store updates, and management announcements.
You can opt in in any of these ways:
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase or of employment, and is never bundled with any other agreement. You must be the subscriber of, or the customary user with authority over, the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency varies. For customers it depends on your order activity — typically a few messages per order. For team members it depends on scheduling and operational needs.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may. Check your plan for details.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We also honor QUIT, END, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive any further messages from this program.
To rejoin at any time, reply START or opt in again at alaqmarinc.com/sms-optin. Team members who opt out continue to receive schedules through our normal scheduling system; opting out has no effect on employment.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
